Incorporate a New Private Limited Company

STEPS TO INCORPORATE A NEW PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY:-

1. Perform a name search on the proposed name

The name search process will take about 5 working days after  submission an application form. If your proposed name is rejected, you may appeal or propose another name. To initiate a new name search, please click here.

2. After approval of name from the SSM

Upon getting the approval letter for the new name,  the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company will be drawn up together with the consent forms for the subscribers/directors  and company secretary of the Company. This process will take from 2 days - 1 week depending on how long it takes to transmit documents back to us for filing. Upon stamping and submission of the first set of incorporation documents, the SSM will issue a Registration Certificate for the Company together with a Company number. The  newly incorporated company is deemed to be incorporated on the date of issue of the Registration Certificate.

Upon receipt of the Registration Certificate, we will prepare the final set of incorporation documents consisting of the Form 24 (Return of Allotment of Shares) , Form 44 ( Return of Registered Address) and Form 49 (Return of Directors and Secretaries). The filing of the above forms signify the completion of the incorporation process.
