If a company decides that in the initial stage there is a requirement to reduce pre-operational costs, Masson House Sdn. Bhd has the set up to facilitate this particular requirement.
The company will be responsible to the client to minimise overhead based on a pre-arranged budget. It will provide the necessary corporate infrastructure to allow the business to operate with minimum expenditure and outlay. For example: - telephone answering services, mail forwarding, courier services and business centre operations.
Tenancy and Property Maintenance Services
In addition to managing and running 2 business centres, our tenancy and property management services is also extended to the residential sector. We maintain a full time odd job handyman and a panel of subcontractors to maintain, upkeep and attend to tenants' household complaints. Complaints are actioned immediately, and more major works are usually dealt with within 3-5 working days.
We also have a number of subcontractors who offer 24 hour services (ex. locksmith, electrician etc). Our tenant profile includes multinational companies like HJ Heinz (HK), PC Vue (France), Wellington Drive Technologies (New Zealand) , Ogilvy & Mather (UK) , Smarttrust OY (Finland) , RGIT Montrose (UK) and Focus Software (India).
Under our property maintenance package, we attend to all complaints pertaining to the repair and maintenance of the accommodation by the tenants and liase between the tenant and contractors to ensure that any problems are resolved with a minimum delay - and to the tenant's satisfaction. All repair and maintenance charges are costed separately apart ftom our monthly retainer and shall be charged to either the landlord or the tenant depending on the nature of the problem.
The scope of our tenancy management responsibilities covers the management and payment of all utility bills and liaison with the landlords for all matters concerning the tenancy of the prenuses.
