We incorporate the concept of a serviced apartment into a normal tenancy. Our most valuable product is the serviced accommodation whereby we tailor the tenancy to include all or some of the utilities and facilities below, thereby taking away the hassle of managing these petty little but important items. In addition to that, the expatriate family gets the benefit of considerable savings should we be appointed to secure & also succeed in finding a suitable accommodation whereby we can also tailor the accommodation package to include any of the following utilities / facilities:

We take away the hassle of having to deal with the payments of any of the monthly utilities. Since we undertake to take care of any problems arising from the facilities under our accommodation packages, we ensure that reliable contractors are engaged to perform the work.

The expatriate staff is also protected from the potential loss of utility deposits when they leave the country as the normal time frame for the utility companies to refund deposits is anytime from 3 to 6 months.
