MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXPATRIATE PROFESSIONAL WORK PERMIT
1. The Sponsor company must have the minimum share capital paid up as follows:-

2. Expatriate applicant must be 27 years and above.
3. Expatriate applicant must have university degree or more than 5 years relevant experience.
4. Company activity must be one which is encouraged and promoted in Malaysia and benefit the people of Malaysia
5. The minimum salary must be RM3,500 a month and above.
